I am a Business and Support Coach, and an Attractions Industry Advisor, working through by businesses Supportlab and The Alternative Board. Over the course of my career, I’ve built deep experience in operations, strategy, leadership, organisational culture, and people.
For a decade, I served as CEO in the Theme Park & Attractions Industry, leading the business through sustained growth, navigating complex challenges, and earning international recognition within the attractions industry. That experience gave me a first-hand understanding of what it takes to lead in high-pressure environments, manage risk, and deliver results while staying true to values.
Before that, I served in the New Zealand Police, where I completed my Diploma in Policing and Sergeants Exams. This shaped my resilience, discipline, and people-first values — qualities that continue to underpin my work today. I am also recognised as a Professional Coach through the Australia and New Zealand Coaching Alliance (ANZCAL).
These experiences have given me a unique perspective: I know what it’s like to carry the weight of leadership, to answer to a board, and to lead people through both opportunity and adversity. Today, I draw on that background to help business owners and leaders find clarity, build strong cultures, and achieve results that are both sustainable and rewarding.
My coaching style is practical, people-focused, and grounded in real-world leadership. I’m not here to overwhelm you with theory — I bring clarity, structure, and accountability to help you focus on what truly matters.
