I am a Business Coach and Theme Park Consultant supporting businesses through my Companies ‘Supportlab’ and ‘The Alternative Board - Auckland South’ .
I am also a Co-founder and Director of ‘NumerEyes’, a company formed to assist small and medium Business Owners to better understand their numbers, identify vital signs and trends and use this information to make better business decisions.
I have a strong background in Operations, Strategy, Organisational Culture and People.
I was the CEO in the Theme Park/Attractions Industry for a period of 10 years, leading this business through a period of sustained growth, navigating many challenges, and culminating in International recognition.
Having reported to a board of Directors, I understand the distinction between governance, the operational elements of business and the importance of people-led business growth.
Prior to this I spent 7 years as a Police Officer in the NZ Police, completing my Diploma in Policing and Sergeants Exams.
I am recognised as a professional coach through the Australia and New Zealand Coaching Alliance (ANZCAL)
My business experience together with my affinity for people enables me to relate effectively to a wide cross section of people.
I strongly believe people need to have balance in their lives, underpinned by a personal vision that should be cornerstone of everything they do.
I am married to Tammy and we have two boys, Connor and Regan.
